I found this yesterday. It means a lot. No matter the struggles of our hearts, it is the perseverance and goal of being at peace within ourselves that pushes us forth into our fears. Don't lose sight of that goal. The fears will always come, but treating them with kindness and graciousness, RECOGNIZING them, eases the confrontation. Don't lose sight of the knowledge of that something beyond them. It's there. Don't lose sight of the greater goodness that is.
